Due to the number of man hours involved in custom designed work,invitation sets begin at $1,700.00 per 100 sets. Price estimates will be provided based on the final design.

3.Number of enclosures required
4.Size,shape ,color preferences
6.Would you like single or double envelopes.
7.What embellishments if any would you prefer,(paper wraps and overlays,ribbon,colored envelopes)
8.Day and evening contact information,including phone numbers and addresses where you can receive mail and/or email
9.Wording for each item you will be ordering,and the return addresses for each envelope.

Regarding Quantities

Our minimum order quantity is 100 invitation sets.Additional sets must be ordered in quantities of 25. Extra envelopes may be ordered inquantities of 25 and must be ordered along with your original invitation order.

Contract and Deposit

Within one business day of receiving your order,we will fax or e-mail you an estimate of your order based on the information you ’ve provided,a request for deposit as well as our contract and payment sheet.If you wish to proceed you will review, sign and mail or fax back the contract.A 50%deposit is required with signed contract.The balance will be due when we send the invitations to be printed.

The Process/Step by Step

After receiving your emailed order,signed contract and deposit we will design your invitation and e-mail you a PDF file of the designs to review, edit and fax back to us.You may make TWO rounds of changes to the designs. With each round we will e-mail you a new Proof. Any changes beyond the second round are billed at $75 per round on your final invoice,so please take the time to proofread carefully and note any changes clearly.

Final Approval and Proofreading

When your designs are finalized,we will mail you a set of proofs. You will review these carefully, note any changes clearly,and sign off "ok to print as is"before faxing the proofs back to us. Please PROOFREAD CAREFULLY. Braun &Brown Designs is not responsible for errors, and will not accept responsibility or costs of reprinting orders,nor will deposits be refunded. Your signature on a proof indicates to us that you have approved all artwork, text, illustrations and colors, and we may therefore proceed with printing.

Press date and final payment

When we receive your returned proofs with your approval signature, we will schedule your press date. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from this date. Final payment is due when we ship invitations to you. Please note that if you plan to pay by check, we will not send your invitations until your check arrives in the mail.

Shipping

We ship all invitations via UPS. Rush shipping is required is available at an additional charge. Please let us know if this is required.
